文法の点: それなり "In one's own way"

それなり(に): As such; in one's own way
This adverb is used to the quality(ies) that someone or something has that are unique to it/them in particular. Some other meanings are "proportionate," "suitable" and "expected."
Here are some examples:

それにはそれなりの価値がある
It has a quality all its own.

日本では、私は外国人なので、それなりに扱われる
In Japan, I am a foreigner and am treated as such.

A: 仕事よっぽど好きみたいだね
B: まあ、それなりに充実してる。いろんなと任されるし。。。

A: You seem to really like your new job, eh?
B: Well, I'm pretty satisfied. I have lots of responsibilities...
